D. ADDRESS MODIFICATION
We cannot modify the delivery address once it is in route. If you need to modify the location of your purchase, please email us at support@obeymart.com within 24 hours of making your order.
E. CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before receiving your purchase, we may accept cancellations at any time before the item is sent. If an order has already been sent, please see our return & refund policy.
F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If a shipment is damaged in transportation, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer care. If the item was delivered without you being present, please contact customer care for the following steps.
